At Hudson's Pet Care we aim to keep things as simple as possible. Our Delivery & Shipping Policy is detailed below it is based on the weight of your products ordered.

All orders are hand picked and packed at the factory and shipped via DPD courier or delivered by myself (if you live within 12miles of Deeping)

Please note that the delivery charge for orders weighing up to 20KG will be £5.99. However, if your order weighs above 20KG it will be free of charge.

At Hudson's Pet Care, we are committed to offering the best and most transparent delivery service for our pet food.

Hudson's Pet Care are pleased to announce that we now take orders & deliver to all postcodes in England, Wales & Southern Scotland .

Our delivery charge is £5.99 for orders under 18kg in weight. . So it will be better value for money if your order a couple of bags to get free delivery. This will be automatically worked out at checkout. Should you wish to order more than 30KG that is absolutely fine, the postage rate will multiply accordingly.

We aim to deliver within 2 working days of you placing your order, in fact, if you place your order prior to 2 pm Monday-Friday, your order will usually be processed and sent the same day.

Our Pet Food delivery partner, DPD, will send you a 1-hour delivery slot window meaning you will know when to expect your Hudson's Pet Care delivery. Please message me or call me to arrange your delivery date and any special requirements.

All delivery times are estimated and regrettably on rare occasions delivery may be outside of the original times given which is outside of our control.

What makes Hudson's Pet Care different is that you can call Lizzie on (07999 890866) 7 days a week during standard business hours with any questions you may have regarding our delivery process. We also offer free collection too.
